Phoenix Chalets
Phoenix Chalets are luxuriously appointed, fully equipped, western styled apartments nestled in the forest next to the Phoenix Hotel. Kokusai Lifts are only 500m away so you may walk to the ski area or use the complimentary shuttle service (Pick up at Phoenix Hotel at 8:15am, 9:15am and Departure at 3:30pm, 4:30pm only).

With a kids bunk bedroom, Greystone House is a great option for families looking for a convenient and comfortable adobe in the heart of Niseko. Located in the lower village, Greystone is only metres from osnens, restaurants and bars. The house also comes with a dedicated guest service representative, from 8am - 11.30am every morning throughout the stay. Guests can be driven around Hirafu or Kutchan areas during the service hours.
