Overview
Hotel La Neige, built in 1991 and inspired by the architectural principles of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, offers a distinctive Hakuba stay where thoughtful design, premium amenities and memorable dining experiences come together.
In 2026, the hotel entered an exciting new chapter with the complete renovation of its restaurant, lobby and bar, creating beautifully refreshed spaces for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
A highlight is the new Sève by William Mahi, led by acclaimed Chef William Mahi. Prior to joining Hotel La Neige, Chef Mahi held one Michelin Star at Jing at The Peninsula Beijing for five consecutive years, bringing an impressive culinary pedigree to the hotel's new restaurant.
Guests can also discover the newly opened Frank's Bar, a 1920s American-inspired cocktail bar named in honour of Frank Lloyd Wright, whose architectural design principles inspired Hotel La Neige. For another unique dining experience, The Meat Library is located within La Neige Forest and offers one of Hakuba's most distinctive settings for a memorable meal.
The premium experience continues in the guest rooms, with thoughtful amenities including Evian water, Aesop products and Marshall speakers.
Exploring Hakuba is made easy with complimentary transportation to Happo-One and Iwatake ski resorts, as well as Hakuba Hospitality Group restaurants, Hakuba Station and Happo Bus Terminal.
After a day on the mountain, guests can return to Hotel La Neige, for the daily Apres Hour from 2pm-4pm. Held in the lobby, the afternoon experience features live music along with complimentary wine and beer - an inviting way to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel.

Children aged 2 years old to 6 years old are charged at 50 % of adult rate if using existing bedding

Beautifully appointed with rooms with Jacuzzis, great for a romantic ski holiday.
